The new Imatest Industrial Testing Parallel (IT­P) edition uses parallel processing to improve the throughput of Imatest IT and maximize the image processing power of your computing hardware. IT­P enables up to 3x more throughput to support test equipment that requires a high volume of images to be analyzed. IT­P improves the PPH (parts per hour) on assembly lines.

Features include:

● Pass/Fail Specification: Define the required quality levels for a camera.

● SFRplus Chart Analysis: Complete map of sharpness non­uniformity.

● ISO 12233:2014  E­SFR Chart Analysis: Test using the latest ISO standard. 

● Even Field Test: Detect blemishes and defective pixels on the sensor, measure color and illumination uniformity.

● Operator Console: Free user interface for production testing environments.

IT­P Specifications

Imatest IT­P includes an Application Programming Interface (API) that contains two different types of interfaces: DLL and EXE. Both interfaces have the same functionality as the corresponding modules in Imatest Master and IS but operate without user intervention, making them suitable for integration with automated systems.

DLL allows for parallel processing and includes a Visual Studio C++ project that demonstrates how to perform parallel processing. IT­P includes the EXE interface, however, it does not support parallel processing.

Although IT­P operates independently of Imatest Master, it is strongly recommended that IT­P users have at least one Master installation on site to support the process of defining execution parameters and default settings.

The License includes one year of Support.
